Polish'd Returns/Exchange Policy

At Polish’d, we take pride in delivering pieces that feel as good as they look. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be approved: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition Tags must remain attached No signs of wear, odor, or damage

Please note: Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

What’s Eligible Full-priced items only Final Sale Items Sale or discounted items Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear Accessories All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds We do not offer refunds to original payment methods. Approved returns will be issued as Polish’d store credit, sent via email. (Store credit never expires.)

Exchanges We offer one-time exchanges for the same item (if available). If your size is unavailable, you will receive store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 

We will gladly: Replace the item, or Issue a full refund to your original payment method Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Original shipping fees are non-refundable
